La casa se encuentra a 15 minutos de Rouen en el eje de la autopista A28 (a 4 Km de la salida de "MOULIN ECALLES" y  A29 (8 Km).

Ubicado a 1 km de la linea  directa Morgny Pommeraye estacion para ir al centro de Rouen. Desde el centro de Rouen, directo a Paris y Le  Havre (1 hora en tren).

Paseos : 200 rutas de senderismo Km divididos en treinta canales 4-20 Km. La casa esta suada en el circuito de los castillos y el GR 21. Los mapas detallados estan disponibles en el sitio.

Ideal para viajar : Madame Bovary de circuito (60 Km).
